How It Happens |
A business owner may call with a specific challenge to resolve. We usually meet once or twice to discuss the desired changes, and then put together a plan. Once in agreement, we put the plan into action. We may do a small project or facilitation with a new client before venturing into a larger project, or we may all want to jump right in.
Other times, the issues are less clear. It's not uncommon for a leader to know "something doesn't feel right," or they want to know where opportunities are for development. The Organizational Health Review pinpoints weak spots and shows the path forward. Retained consulting usually involves meeting on a monthly or quarterly basis with the CEO and/or senior team to review progress against goals and address current issues. Often this emerges after doing planning work together. |
