Synergy's Employee Experience Survey is a service, not just a tool. With each survey initiative, you receive consulting hours that can be used to support the design and the delivery of initial employee communications about the survey or the post-report communications back to employees, assistance with interpretation of results, facilitation of results exploration, and/or consulting on action planning. We want your survey project to foster trust through your organization, and lead to meaningful change.
Pricing is simple: $15/employee for survey plus consulting time (proportional to number of employees).
